We currently represent more than 200 of the best short term rental vacation homes in the Disney^© area.  We offer our clients a "Flexible Plan" which allows you the flexibility to make changes or cancel your vacation with no strings attached.  This plan allows you to make a reservation with only a deposit equal to the first nights lodging and you can cancel and get your deposit  back if you notify us 30 days before your arrival date.  Which means you can cancel with no cancellation fees whatsoever. 

We also have our "Lake View Homes" which allows you to pick the exact home you will be staying in.  These homes are usually only rented for 7 nights and longer and there our deposits and cancellation fees.
