When visiting Disney©
you have basically two choices when looking for a short term rental. You
can stay West of Disney©,
which is closer to the entrance or you can stay East of Disney©
which is a little farther away but offers more choices of entry into the
Disney©
Property and also puts you closer to the other major attractions: Sea World
and Universal Studios.
We offer wonderful vacation homes, all
just minutes from Disney©,

Chatham Park
A favorite location just half a mile off Highway 192, between Medieval Times
and "Old Town" Kissimmee. Quiet and secure, yet so close to all the
restaurants, shops and attractions of Hwy "192". Disney 6 miles - and about
7 minutes drive away. A community of 300 well-built, mostly
single story, houses - two thirds of which are vacation properties, usually
with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and private pool. There is a large community
pool, tennis court, basketball and children's playground.
Country Creek
Located just a mile and a half away from Highway 192, close to Medieval
Times and about 8 miles from Disney, these delightful properties are mostly
3-bedroom / 2-bathroom pool homes.
Creekside
Located just South of Country Creek. We also have a superb 6 bedroom home
at this location.
Eagle Pointe
A new community with luxurious houses has been developed at Eagle Pointe
just 2.5 miles from the 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, and 10 minutes from
Disney. A wooded location and yet so close to all of the attractions and
amenities. Eagle Pointe will certainly become one of the most popular
holiday retreats.
Indian Pointe
On Poinciana Boulevard, just 2.5 miles from the Highway 192, this attractive
sub-division is just 2 years old. There is a community pool, tennis court
and children's playground.
Indian Creek
Brand new sub-division opposite Rolling Hills. One mile to the stores, 3
miles to Disney! Superb homes.
Indian Ridge
Well located just 4 miles West of Disney, these two communities have some
wonderful properties - a mixture of 3-bed, 4-bed / 2-bath pool homes. Both
communities benefit from community pools, tennis courts and children's
playgrounds. Under construction is an adjacent golf course.
Indian Ridge Oaks
This neighborhood is located just North of Indian Ridge and in addition to 3
& 4 bedroom homes, we are privileged to be able to offer a choice of two six
bedroom and two five bedroom homes in superb locations with the benefit of
superior furnishings.
Lake Berkley
A new location off of Oren Brown Road, just 1 mile from the Highway 192, but
in a very secluded setting. This is a premier location and this gated
community offers deluxe homes. The neighborhood also offers a sandy beach
area with a fishing pier in addition to community clubhouse, swimming pool,
workout center and tennis court.
Lindfields / Sunset Lakes
Just off Highway "192" 5 miles West of Disney, these ever-popular homes are
ideal for those wishing to be a little further away from the bright lights,
yet close enough to the attractions.
Oak Island Harbour / Formosa Gardens
Just off Highway 192, 4 miles west of Disney, these Executive homes are very
exclusive and are available by special request. Rental rates will be
provided separately.
Rolling Hills
Similarly, just off Highway 192, 4 miles West of Disney. Top end larger,
spacious new homes set in a very select community. This will be one of the
most popular vacation choices.
Windward Cay
Just off Highway "192" 6 miles East of Disney, these superb homes are
perfect in every way, including the location!
Westridge
A little further out to the West of Disney, 11 miles and 14 Minutes, but
larger luxurious 4 bedroom homes
