Specific Home Plan                     

Under this plan you pick out the specific home you want to stay in for your vacation.  You will know everything about this home before you arrive.  You will know the address, the phone number, the number and size of beds, even how many TV's the home has.  You will get to view multiple pictures of the home and pick the home that is right for your group.

This method of assigning homes is much more time consuming and once booked the owners of the homes are counting on the revenue.  For this reason, we must take a $200 security deposit at the time of booking and charge a $20 booking fee for all reservations.  The entire rental amount is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival.  If cancellation is necessary outside of 30 days you will forfeit your deposit.  If cancellation is necessary within 30 days and the final payment has been made only the security deposit will be returned.  In either event, if the premises can be re-rented on similar terms a complete refund will be made.
