Flexible Plan
Terms and Conditions of Rentals
1. If reserving by credit
card, $100 will be charged to confirm your reservation. This $100 will hold a home
for you and the $100 will be applied toward your final balance which you
will pay when you arrive to check-in.
2. There is no cancellation
fee as long as we are given 30 days notice. If cancellation is given less
than 30 days in advance you will forfeit the $100 that was charged to
confirm your vacation.
3. All Rentals will
incur a once only Accidental Damage
Waiver Fee (Covers up to $250 Accidental Damage to the Property) of $30 plus
tax added to all "Flexible Home" rentals.
4.
30 days before your check-in date you should receive the final documents
which detail your reservation information, directions to the management
company (Location to pick up keys, etc.), and check-in/check-out
procedures (check-in: 4:00 pm &
check-out: 10:00 am).
5. Finally, I would like to remind all renters
that we have a no smoking policy (smoking is allowed outside) and no pet
policy which is strictly enforced by our local management company.
Our Home Guarantee
If for any reason the property
allocated to you on arrival should be unsuitable for you, we will offer you
one or more alternative homes. In the unlikely event that none of these are
acceptable we will refund to you 100% of any payments made.
