Flexible Plan
This plan offers you the greatest flexibility and a no nonsense approach
to vacation rentals.
We don't charge a booking fee, administration
fee, a reservation fee or any other hidden add-on fees. We do take a
payment of $100 when we confirm the reservation which is applied toward your
final balance which you pay when you arrive. Because we do
not take a security deposit we also charge a $30 Damage insurance fee which
covers you for up to $250 in loss or damages.
Cancellation Fee
-We don't charge a cancellation fee as long as we are given 30 days notice.
If you need to cancel inside of 30 days you will use your $100 put down to
confirm the reservation.
You might wonder how we can do this and the
answer is efficient rental management. We do not accept reservations for
specific homes. We accept reservations based on size and amenities (i.e. 3
bedroom/2 bath, 4 bedroom/4 bath with pool heat, etc.). By not assigning
homes until you arrive we can better manage our inventory and maximize our
rentals, allowing us to offer competitive rates and maximum flexibility. We
will do our best to accommodate special requests for location and amenities
when requested.
We also offer the following guarantee:
If for any reason the property allocated to you
on arrival should be unsuitable for you, we will offer you one or more
alternative homes. In the unlikely event that none of these are acceptable
we will refund to you 100% of any payments made.
Pricing
Under this plan all the homes in the
same class (#of Bedrooms and Bathrooms) rent for the same amount. If you
